It is a condition of advertising on the Sensual Downunder website that advertisers warrant that all text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, pictures and artwork provided for publication on the website are either the advertiser's own property or that the advertiser has the respective copyright holder's permission to use these materials for such purposes.

The advertiser further indemnifies Sensual Downunder and its subcontractors against any claim or suit made in respect of a breach of copyright or trademark in such materials.

Fake Photos

Photographs MUST be genuine. If images are found not to be of the advertiser, the advertising copy will be withdrawn immediately and all fees forfeited and you will not be welcome to return.

We do have a verification process and must have a signed statement sent either by fax, email or post to certify that the content to be in your profile is yours and that you have permission or are the copyright holder of the images/pictures.

Images used that are of a likeness but are not of yourself must state so on your profile and once again you will need to verify by stating and signing that you are legally able to use those images.

All profile content sent will be researched and checked via software applications and searches, in an effort to maintain our reputation here at SDU and remain honest.
